Im already restored it to factory defaults, but i dont know about hard reboot. Its working slightly better with replay tho

Last month i buyed xr-80 from vaperz cloud, and i have a problem with it, very often that just goes black screen and doesnt working, but then he wakes up and say something like "error press left" What do i do with it?
