Hey guys, I've had this device for maybe 3 months. I recently wanted to change the theme but the software doesn't recognize that the device is plugged in. This only affects the theme software, the escribe/diagnostic software recognizes the device no problem. I've tried a hard reset, I've tried several cords I've been using the one that came with the actual device and i just can't seem to get it to recognize that the device is plugged in. Any ideas? Thanks!
