VID_20250911_211327 (1) (1).mp4 Hi, been using OXVA Xlim pro 2 for around 3 months. This is the first time happened to me. After charging the device using the OXVA USB Cable that included inside the box, the device won't start at all. I already tried to press the power and replay button at the same time to turn on the device, I already try to charge it again but it didn't work and only shows blank screen nor LED lights. Need your advice, thanks in advance
