I have problems with my Oxva Pro 2 DNA device from the start.
Whenever I stop using it for a minute it either shuts off completely or it shows "Error Press Button" message on the screen.
When the error mesage shows you can press the fire button an it works normal again
When is shuts off it sometimes takes multiple attamps to turn it on again ....
What I tried so far (without success):
tried multiple coils of different resistances
updated the firmware in escribe
made some settings in escribe
restored default settings in escribe
the device is brand new
there was no leakage or any damage to it
Has anyone an idea why this happens?
