Yes, I put the board in myself. The photo attached is with fully charged batteries, it shows 4% at all times and after I click 5 times to turn on I get 5 red dots. So trying to connect to escribe to reset the board to ensure its set up as 2 x cell.

I'm having the same problem in an Odin with 2x 21700.
