Didn't work, but I figured that the problem is within escribe itself. when i tried to update it to see if this will fix it, it said the escribe.exe file is corrupted. so, after uninstalling it and fresh install all worked fine. Thanks.

I was changing the theme on my device. and it was at 97% then disconnected maybe a bad cable. the device is working fine. but every time I connect it to escribe it refuses and says that "this device is in use."

i have the zq essent DNA75C which is 21700 and i also have the lost hyperion DNA100C which is 21700 also i don't use the hyperion anymore and more interested in the zq can i swap the dna75c on the zq essent with a dna100c chip? and if can please provide me with measurements or data sheets or if you have done it before tell me if it was successful and how did you do it
