I got it back and have hooked it up but now I'm lost to fixing it or knowing what the settings would be?

My V2 Mod with dna250 stopped working and I had nobody to fix it. Brought to a cell phone repair shop and they replaced the Max amps battery and it worked for awhile then the screen started to dim and it didn't fire. They changed out the dna250 board with a new one and still nothing. Any help would be appreciated.
