Hello I am having trouble with my Orion q and adjusting its settings. I have a MacBook pro and bought a usb-c to usb converter to use the escribe portal. But the macbook is saying that there is no device is connected. I was wondering if anyone else has ran into this problem, and if so how do I fix it so I can adjust the settings.
