If the max charge is 4.2 how could even be reading at a 5. the device is totally cold to the touch so I no it cant actually be over charged...

I'm talking to them now.

Yeah, 5.5 and it shows the charge level at 100%

Device Mon doesn't show it firing at all. Almost has if the actual "fire" function is disabled. It is now showing "check battery" at the bottom.

Ok, So my Orion Go "bricked" after about 6 months. I was able to do a hard reset to it. It will now charge, show the battery level with 2 fire button clicks. Escribe recognizes it no problem and it will lock and unlock with 5 clicks. However! when I try and fire is (unlocked) or change the wattage with the settings button I get 4 red (not purple... Dark red) flashes. Does anyone know WHAT this means?!? I have searched the furthest reaches of the internet and found nothing... Help!
