I have exactly this problem although SP38 seems to have reduced it. It now seems to happen every now and again but once its started it will do it every time it hits maximum temperature until I do a soft reset via escribe that after which it will go back to functioning correctly for a while. It seems its common that its failing like this when I pick it up cold and once it has been reset it functions correctly. I have been building a super cut down theme (only has 3 screens) but the problem may have got worse since I added some more visual complexity to it. Anyone else got any further in tying down what this is and how to make it go away? The device works brilliantly when its working but the lack of reliability is seriously frustrating for what was an expensive mod.
