That is what I'm saying. I appreciate getting it fixed but paying for shipping and having to wait a week isn't good. That week felt like years.

I sent it in Sunday (or Monday) and haven't heard back from them. Should I have gotten an email or something?

My device was made in october and has this issue. It's also not showing up in Escribe. Guess it's time to send it in.

I see most of the issues were on boards programmed before October but this is happening to mine which was made in October. Is it the same issue?
