It's a shame they give us a bad cable for a great device. The device is great though. This is exactly what I was wanting after trying many mods and tanks. I will use this all day now.

This worked! I got a cable from my Mophie charger and it worked fine. I updated my settings and this thing rocks after the wattage adjustments. Thank you so much!

I have the software, but my device isn't showing inthe software. How did you install yours to get it to work?

I got the same info from them. I installed Escribe 15.1 and the installed this Service Pack, but my Orion still isn't recognized. Can someone help me with this? I need to raise my wattage too. Thank you and have a great day.
