So i just got my Lost Vape Triade DNA250c yesterday and worked perfectly out of the box then all of a sudden the screen turned white and won't fire. It has been like this the entire day and i tried using escribe to fix it but it still has a white screen and wont fire

So i recent got my Lost Vape Triade DNA250c yesterday and when i first opened it and used it everything worked perfectly. Then all of a sudden the screen turned white and it stopped firing. Can someone explain why it happened?
