Hi i have new dna 250c boxer squonk befor 4 day i try to charge it and it does not charged i charge the battery in external charger then when i install the batteries i can not unlock the device it shows 2 stars then stop i try to reboot it gave me reboot issue error what i have to do plz help any thing i can do ? I open a ticket since 3 days with no answer Thank you
