Hi, Since 4 days my box is blocked with the red message "Temp Protected". Can not remove the message, I changed resistance, I updated the box, nothing to do I managed to remove the message temporarily while playing with the REZ LOCK Then the box delivers "Temp protected" after 2 puffs like at the end of 20 puffs I just put a new resistance and the same. In fact the value of the resistance goes from 0.33 to 0.18 when it fire Help Desk respons : A small number of these devices had a resistance issue with the 510 connector. If you can get it sent in we would be happy to perform the fix on it for you! Anyone of you with the same problem ? Tanks for advance (and sorry for my English i'm french :p)
