My DNA 200 went dead and the display only works dimly when plugged into a power source. I opened up the diagnostics window on escribe and all three cell are under 2 volts. So I've been trying to do recovery charge under advanced diagnostics but I can't find it? The only tabs I see under advanced are issue serial command and run script. What am I doing wrong?
