Same version but different cables. I have used this cable for othe DNA devices and it worked.

HI All. I would like some help please. I have tried different USB cables and USB ports but Escribe wont see my Orion DNA. I'm using Windows 10. I did try to connect it to my friends PC and it connected right away with no issues. Just having issues with my PC and all updates have been done. Windows does make a sound when I connect the device. Please help me
