But it Evolv website They Told likethis " Remedies If your Product contains a defect in materials or workmanship during the Warranty Period, then Evolv will repair or replace the product at Evolv's expense. To obtain Limited Warranty coverage, the original purchaser must returned the Product to Evolv or another place as directed by Evolv with the original sales receipt and completed RMA form. You may be required to pay shipping and handling charges, as well as any applicable tariffs, duties, taxes, or other fees. Evolv may, at its discretion (1) repair the Product using new or equivalent-to-new refurbished parts in good working condition, or (2) replace the Product. Any repaired or replaced Prooduct will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period only.

I'm just tear it off and 2 of this chips burned So where to buy This board that can shipping to Thailand? Please help me because if i have to claim full price i have to send back to seller. Shipping back is too cost. If i have to claim about 76$ i have to find board to change by myself. Thank fo help

This is my first Dna device very upset for this situation i bought from Aliexpress in china.I live in Thailand if ihave to send back for claim it too much cost. I already contact with seller. But i think have to wait tomorrow for answer

I just bought Therion dna 75c squonk mod. Recieve this mod today and its look like something wrong with my mod when i turn power mode to 50 watt or more it fire to low about 9 w and having sizzling inside chip. But now i use it just 100+ puff my battery too hot and i smell like it burn inside. I put battery out very fast and it very hot. Inside plastic parts that contact with battery is melt(in picture) and can't turn on again too bad situation. Ps.Apologize with My english may not good.
