I didnt remove the pack..I know that the battery level was very low and then i didnt use it for a week..then i plug it and this is the result..

Dear all, I have similar problem, i have the vtbox250 and few days ago the battery won't charge. I ran the device monitor and seems the battery cannot be charged here below screenshot.
