Wayneo , I did a search for the latest version and downloaded it . I restarted the desktop and once booted I reattached my device and BAM ! We got lift-off lol , Im so thankful to you for helping me . THANK you so much.

Good Morning , i have a 3 day old Therion BF 75c that does not connect to escribe. I have tried 6 different usb cables and a desktop and a laptop running win 10 and i keep getting an error message. Can someone please assist me in getting this fixed? Or maybe shed some light as to what the problem is please.? Thank you
