Yes it's brand new. Just bought. Is this device monitor in escribe or on the device itself? Because no matter what I do that screen won't turn on.

I just bought this Therion 75C Squonker and wanted to know if it's in stealth mode or if it's defective. The screen won't turn on. Light pops on, it charges, it connects to my pc, even fires. But after extensive searching and fiddling with the buttons and even a factory reset the screen won't turn on.
