Same issue, don't have access to escribe. I work at a shop (For 4 years) and my issue is the pin. Not springing and it won't move at all. Wondering if anyone had any advice?

Brand new strictly vanilla DNA 200 EFusion and i can't thread anything into the box with out it saying check atomizer. Used several different builds and tanks. 5/10 pin doesn't seem springy. Help please? I can get it to fire if it barely threaded so i have a huge gap between the atty and mod. Even then it works 50% of the time. Should I warranty or try to fix it myself.
