  1. Taking the advice of a more experienced vaper, I have now switched between a Nautilus X tank with a 1.5 ohm coil and a Smok Baby Beast with a .15 ohm coil. My DNA 250 does not seem to notice, meaning it does not question whether or not I have used a new coil.
  2. I am thoroughly enjoying my new Hcigar VT250s with one minor exception. I like to switch flavors once or twice a day, so I often switch between the Uwell Crown 2 tank / atomizer and the Crown 3. My mod doesn't seem to recognize that I have switched atomizers, meaning it does not give me a "New Coil?" prompt. Coming from a Smok device, I generally hit the fire button between tanks to reset the resistance to zero. Not surprisingly, when I switch tanks, temperature control is wildly off. (I do make sure the new tank / coil is at room temperature) I was originally running .5 ohm coils in both tanks. Hoping to force the DNA to recognize a coil change, I have switched my Crown 2 to .25 ohm coils. The mod still doesn't seem to recognize a change. Granted, the display shows the correct resistance but temperature control is off by 100 degrees or so. Naturally, the DNA chip is smart enough to eventually adjust to the situation. Long after I have adjusted the temperature to a working (incorrect) range, it seems to recognize the situation and adjust accordingly, which makes my newly adjusted settings incorrect and I have adjust temperature again. I have tried rebooting, removing and replacing batteries, etc to force a coil change. Is there some way to force the chip to see a coil change and adjust / adapt faster ? Thanks in advance for any assistance.
