Exactly, when i make the update to dna 250 the program says that i must plug and unplugged the usb. It is impossible because before the program reads correctly my box. I send you the screenshot.

Hi, i have a problem with the tugboat. I'm trying to upgrade from dna 200 to dna 250 but I can not make it. Although I tried to install the dna 250 service pack I can not install it. Someone has already done so? thank you
