  1. Thanks fella, maybe the battery just isn't fully charged and needs to be on the wall for a little while. But what I just don't understand is that why would my screen show that it is close to full? This DNA chip confuses me! I was told that my battery is a 1500 mah eventhough it says 1800 on the battery itself, so I changed the Wh respectively as well, do you think that may help as well? Thanks
  2. Also, is a .498-.5 amp usb current normal? I thought it was supposed to be a 1 amp charge?
  3. im sorry I made a post earlier talking about the problem I have. When set at 200 watts, 150 watts, even 100 watts and when I fire it (lets say when I have it set to 200w) the wattage instantly drops to 100 and then again it instantaneously drops to a wattage where the mod doesn't even seem like it's firing. typically I would see this as a low battery issue but on my screen the battery bar is full if not almost full. I just don't understand, I have been told I could adjust the Wh and that may help but I don't know! the battery may be junk but I never let it get below 3.6v, at least in my hands.
  4. Here are some screen shots of my device on the device monitor page and on the mod tab etc. hopefully this will make it easier for you guys to help me find a solution. Sorry I made a new thread it looks like this is the only way I could upload pictures. As always any help period would be very awesome!! Thanks guys
  5. It's not even a 1500?! Do you think I could get a maxamps without any size/fitting hassle?
  6. Thanks fellas I'm gonna give that a shot as soon as I get home later and I will report back. And I'll also show screen shots of my software. What's weird is that right out of the box it hit great no sagging or anything! But maybe a couple hours later it started doing it, and I know I didn't let the batteries hit a voltage where permanent damage can occur. I'm going to try those settings and I'll get back to you guys. Thanks again
  7. So I bought a vapecige box, gorgeous looking. Finally got it, but it won't even go over 70 watts. If I set it at 200w and Fire it it'll immediately spike down to 100 watts then straight down to 60 and so on and then the "weak battery" warning comes on. And also my battery was/is fully charged. I hooked my box up to the software and pulled up the diagnostics window. All three cells were steady at around 3.8 volts everything looked normal on the computer. So what the heck what should I do?! Is there something on the software that I can tweak to make it work better?! I am so confused and honestly pretty frustrated since I waited so long for this thing. Any help at all would be hugely appreciated. Thanks! And also, the same problem goes for any wattage that I set it at
