Just happened to me while vaping and the screen went dead. Plugging into the charger does nothing and is unresponsive. Did anybody get any updates from Opus on what the problem is?

I just received my nickel Opus DNA 200 yesterday and today while vaping it just went dead. Plugging into the USB charger does nothing and is unresponsive. Does anyone know what the problem is?
