after connecting the plus, minus and the balance connector to the board it showed me 3.18V on cell 1-3 but still won't charge, like i sad, the Lipo is good with the multimeter, something on the board must be not working properly

i did the software update and the screen flashed a few times and now it says Warranty service

Hi here, i was vaping a 0.07 build just like every day than suddenly the screen went dark and stayed like that. At home i disassembled the mod and found a blown fuse, i (poorly) soldered another one in, checked the lipo with a multi ( ~3.8V at all cells) and hooked only the balance connector in for testing with escribe. something went terribly wrong but i cant find the problem or damage, pls help and sorry for my english
