  1. I ran battery analyser and got 12.21 wh on my vt200 and now my meter is spot on. There seems to be a massive variation in these cells
  2. Think I've cracked it, I've noticed through device manager that when I fire the mod, there is a little battery sag, when the battery sags a little, the battery meter and percentage drops but the battery recovers straight away, so the meter is not going back up to match the battery. Once hooked upto escribe the battery meter jumps back up to where it should be. So for my particular battery 12.21wh is the actual setting. I'm sure if I run battery analyser it will recognise this sag and give me a perfect battery curve. I've been vaping from a full charge all day at 100w heavily and my packing still reading 11.4v so not even half discharged. That's pretty good battery life for me. I will continue to use the pack voltage display on the vt200 and just ignore the battery meter until I run the analyser sometime this week
  3. It's very frustrating, I've set the screen to show pack voltage for now and I'm just ignoring the battery meter completely. I've already got soft cutoff set to 3.09, I will get analyser done at some point it's just the fact I'm gonna have to sit with it for a couple of hours while it's doing its thing lol
  4. I have absolutely no idea, it's all over the place mate. I've set it to 12.21 again as it came from the factory. The battery % changed. I plugged into wall charger, came back to it and it was at 64% charge. Plugged into escribe and it jumped to 72% charge, didn't change any settings as regards to the battery. It's really starting to do my head in lol might run battery analyser tommorow but I haven't got access to a test rig so it will have to be 2 big loops of kanthal. I was hoping someone from evolve could chime in and give me a few pointers. I just want an accurate battery meter lol
  5. OK so I set my vt200 to 11.1wh, I've ran it down to 0% and checked device monitor and my cells are all averaging 3.5 v which indicates I need to set it higher than 11.1wh. So I've changed it to 12.21 as it came when I bought it, uploaded settings but the battery percentage and battery fill meter are not changing? Is this a problem with the chip? I could do with some help if anyone could it would be greatly appreciated, cheers
  6. Thx, it's looking unlikely then as that is a small pack
  7. I'd love to find something that fits as the battery life is the only thing I don't like about this mod. What are the dimensions we should be looking for in a battery?
  8. It's very strange mate, it's sorted itself out now, in device monitor the pack showed fully charged, all cells at 4.2v, wh set to 11.1 but battery percentage was showing 96%. I uploaded settings to device 6 times and the percentage changed to 100% now everything is working as it should. I've noticed though that when charging and the device goes to sleep, that on wake the battery percentage doesn't change to the correct charge percentage until I fire it. Surely this is an issue with the chip? Thx mate
  9. So according to device monitor the pack is now full 12.6v and all cells at 4.2v. Yet the battery indicator says 97%, wh set at 11.1wh. So I've uploaded settings again to see what happens and battery %dropped to 91%? Really strange
  10. hi guys, ive got the vt200, been using it a few days, set the wh to 11.1 as suggested. ive noticed something weird, my mod said that battery %was %55, i hooked up to escribe to chnage a few screens, uploaded to device and it shot up to 72%, so uploaded settings again and it shot upto 92%. according to device monitor pack was at 12.48wh? anyone had any experience with this kind of thing? any help would be appreciated, cheers
  11. Thanks for the info mate. I've not got the battery weak screen at 15% it's just where I've been letting it get to before charging. I'll take it right down to 0 and see what happens. Tbh the battery life doesn't bother me. My sig 150 won't let me fire 100w when the battery is below 50% so there's not a lot in it for me. I'm still happy with the device. Thanks
  12. I purchased the new version of the vt200 with the ss gold plated 510 hooked up to escribe and the wh was already set to 12.21wh. I've been vaping it at 100w right down to 15% battery with no weak battery screen. Could they have changed to a better battery? It confused me as I saw people saying to set it to either 11.1wh or 14.43 wh?
