Device won't recognize any USB connection.

It has the newest firmware installed and would charge fine. I locked it, went to sleep and when i woke up it wouldn't charge. So I swapped to another lipo and yielded the same result. I tried to connect it to escribe but that also didn't work. Odd thing is; if I plug it in to anything when it's off, it will turn on. If it's on and I plug it in, the screen lights up but that's the extent to it. Any ideas? -
