problem has been solved it was shitty solder so it was replaced on warrenty

hey all so ive had it for about a month and it worked fine then today it started reading 0 battery and wont fire any thing but the screen stays on when it has a power supply and if its unplugged will still turn on for about 10 seconds to say no bat or check bat
