  1. It's 100% ni200 from Master of Clouds, according to the label. (http://www.amazon.com/Ni200-Gauge-Nickel-Resistance-0-40mm/dp/B00R525L1E/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1450294569&sr=8-2&keywords=ni200) The batteries do 27A, and can do 54A in 3 second burst.
  2. I have 26AWG pure ni200 non resistant wire. Is there a difference in ni200 and ni200 non-resistant? I have built 18 wraps dual coil build around a 4mm nail, with no gaps in coil. According to steam wirewizard, this should be .105 ohms resistance (since it's dual coil, I did 9 wraps single wire in the tool instead of 18 wraps. I saw similar results in wizard if I set 18 wraps and selected parallel wire). However, my dna200 reads it as .05 ohms resistance; half of what the wizard states it should be. Since the battery won't do more than 27 amps, I'm not sure this is safe since 80W at .05 ohms is 40 amps. I'd have to go to 35W to be safe, but then no vapor is produced.
  3. I'm using a quad coil grade 1 titanium, 26AWG, with 3.5mm wraps, 5 wraps, quad coil near .08 ohms resistance, and it's near 125F. I'm at 100W with temp control set to 500F. The case feels warm though. Anybody know what max safe temp is for the board?
  4. for some reason, the titanium builds seem much hotter than my Nickel builds when setting this up. For example, on my Nickel, 520F feels about the same temp as my titanium when set to 300F EDIT: Once I selected Titanium 2, this seems to be less of a problem, but there still seems to be a vast difference in temperature.
  5. So, if I want to setup the wire wizard to know that I have a dual-coil build, how do I go about that?
  6. I notice Nickel 200 is the only profile for the software. Do I need to upload a CSV for titanium? Is there a spot on the site to download a pre-configured one?
