  1. Best advice: ditch the steam engine file. Load the sweetspotvapor csv. Been running Ti for the better part of this year, never pulsed or heated it. Ti does not require much in the way of pre heat, if at all when it comes to dual coil. Spaced or contact coils are fine but your less likely to run into hot spots with spaced coils; keep all bends in the wire smooth and gradual. Start with lower power settings and work your way up, this should help you find any problems with your settings or build techniques.
  2. It's not so much that titanium is sensitive, it's the 100w of pre heat. Titanium doesn't really require much in the way of pre heat. In my Kayfun 4s I run single coils (.4mmTi) @ .6ohm and with 45w pre heat I have instant vapor production and reach 450° in under one second (punch at 11). My dual coil builds I actually match the pre heat to the wattage (punch at 11).
  3. First, scrap the old csv and get the SSV refined version. Second, there is no sweet spot for Ti, run what you want. My dual coils are generally around .25 and my single coils around .6. Works flawlessly.
