  1. apparently wismec/joyetech are aware of this issue and have sorted it on batch two ( mine was delayed because of this!) (so I was told by the vendor) anyways, I have not yet removed the face plate to check to see if the manufacturer has fixed this issue but will in the next few days I expect and report back here to let any of the latest owners know!
