  1. Open Escribe, go to the "mod" tab, click on the last option in the mod page, the rest of the page will open; click battery analyzer. I advise not setting the power to 40w as they advise because if the batteries are bad the device will be toooo hot as happened with me. Unless you know you're batteries are good and they are not efese then 40w is ok Good luck and be cautious. if it got too hot use a fan directed at the device while the test is taking place. it's a long test that will discharge battery to zero.
  2. Yes i read this article and sadly, i unwrapped my 3 set batteries (efest 3000mah) to find that they have 4 legs on the positive side. I had already bought wraps in case any battery had wrapping issues and re-wrapped all 3 batteries and they work instantly when inserted into the device. I also did the escribe battery analyzer, it took a while but turns out that the 3 efest 3000mah (4 legs) are at 28 watt hours after the test. so i set it to that value. the only scary thing was that after i did the battery analyzer the device was so damn hot as well as the batteries and i had to cautiously open the cover and remove the batteries. I have another set of efest 3000mah but with 3 legs on the positive post. I'm going to do a battery analyzer on those as well today to see how they perform. will update this post with the result. Update: My other 3 efest 3000mah batteries with 3 legs are at 27.5 w/h after battery analyzer test.
  3. Turns out it's all about centering the batteries in your device and fiddling with them while have escribe - device monitor on.
  4. Hey guys, When i first got my Reuleaux i used 3 efest 3000 mah batteries and the device won't start and would sometimes start but battery would be empty although they are fully charged. Long story short the solution to this is to connect the device to escribe, open device monitor, remove battery cover, and fiddle a bit with the batteries trying to center the positive crap of the battery to the positive crap of the device, push a bit here and there, and so on and it should work. The battery banks are the worst that i have ever seen, this was corrected in the RX 200 Wismec are idiots because they should have tested all types of batteries, but they did not because they are money hungry losers who thought "Oh if let's just sell it no need for further testing because the consumer is an idiot and we can fix the next batch"... I hope the above method works for your batteries. Stupid Wismec IDIOTS
  5. If my other set didn't work at all i'd lower the deck for the positive but because my other set makes a connection i think it's just the bad efest 3000
  6. Great thanks i'll look around and i'll keep it as a last resort and will post here
  7. Oh ok, i'll see if i can find a way to do that, not sure what to do it with though I also fear i'd ruin the device.
  8. Thanks for your reply, my batteries are Brand new and that's why i would like to have a solution than buy 6 more. I didn't quiet understand what you meant by file down the cup on the positive side; how do i take 1/4 off of it? Could you elaborate? Thanks!
  9. Nevermind. It's the F**king Efest 3000. I put 3 other batteries same brand but not married and it worked fine!!!!! Sorry for the trouble. Befware of the Efest 3000mah batteries with the wismec.
  10. Thanks i'll try it Edit: Didn't work, still not turning on. Thanks though
  11. Hi, my reuleaux won't start up when i switch to my 2nd set of batteries. The 3rd battery bay has a problem (when you remove the battery cover the inner left battery is cell 1, the middle battery is cell 2, and the inner right battery is cell 3). The battery installed there keeps giving me 0.85v while the rest of the cells are above 3v. It only turns on when connected to usb but doesn't charge or anything. I tried switching the batteries around but whatever battery goes in cell 3 it reads low around 0.85v. Anyway i could fix this bay? Pictures attached. The positive right connection piece seems to be lower than the left one.
