  1. Yeah not paying like 40 cnd for a 510 connector after shipping and conversion...and than waiting a month due to holiday shipping delay
  2. That is a good point. I wish I went with the FD but due to shipping it didn't make sense. I'll patiently wait for a local source of the evolv 510 and upgrade then if needed...
  3. I have the veritube wasn't sure if that lip was 100% needed to to hold the spring in place, guess not thanks! Evolv needs to get their 510 out.
  4. I can't possibly fit 14GA wire for the firing pin on the 510 connector I have. How bad is this? Should I worry and set my MOD to lower Max limit? Thanks!
  5. I will soon to be a DNA 200 owner. What size wire should I get of TI/NI. I aready have 30+28GA Ni for my DNA40. I know its user preference but what has been working best for you? Lets see some builds with details aswell! (TEMP ONLY!) Thanks
  6. I would like to add that the DNA200 pcb mounted buttons are wrapped and flowed under the actual button to a pad. If you try to do this with a radioshack iron you are going to lift the pads and have some issues. In other words, dont try this at home. I used TWO JBC CD-1BD Solder Irons at 720F with identical tips to touch all four pins on the pcb mounted switches and then carefully lifted them once the solder melted. My wife is hard to pursway in regards to buying the JBC Reflow station I wanted to use. John, check out the final product in a 1590A with 1000mah 60C Battery. https://instagram.com/p/5xDeB4AWCs/?taken-by=xevape[/QUOTE] Is there room to wire the tactile switch so that your index finger can hit the fire button?
  7. I already know about watt hour conversion. I was hoping on getting more higher capacity 2s than 1500mah. But you've made a valid point. Thanks!
  8. Hey I plan to build a DNA 200 in a 1590a CNC box. From the looks of it at most I could fit a 1000mah 3s battery. I'm concerned this won't suit my vape style battery life wise. I've searched but yet to see a 1590a 2S lipo setup. Has anyone found a battery to suit that would give more than 1000mah in 2S config. 1590a is as big as I want my box. The 200w vs 130w isn't too much of a concern as I could always toss in a 3s to experiment with TC. Do post your findings on best possible batteries in either 2s or 3s configurations in the 1590a (cnc or regular, as the Cnc box is slightly larger) If there any suggestions on other boxes that can be used that could fit better batteries any input is appreciated! And do post links of where I can find these items. I'm in Canada so if you know local sources do post it.
