What is a rma ?

Not sure what to do now. Do the chips have warranty or can I purchase the screen without the board

No contact made by switch

I have a local built dna 200 device and screen went dead.Tried updating and hard/soft reset with no luck.board still works and fires.Escribe works and reads and device is not stuck in stealth mode either.ran out of ideas...anyone have a clue where to look next. Thanks device was not damaged in anyway!!!!
