thanks im trying it out! ya i would really love to get my DNA back, i had to switch back to an x cube 2 and its just not enough

my vt200 has been out of service for a while, when it first happened i received the "warranty service" flashing light and i tried to email evolv but i never received an answer back. When i plug in to charge the most i can get is .004Wh on charge and my cell 3 has .00v. it would really appreciate some advice.
