I did all that it's a vector RDA the resistance never changed when it' worked it was .09 and now it's still .09 the only change Is when it gets hot I can get it to go up to .1 but otherwise it's not changing at all only thing that changed is the performance

Nope. No hot spots no loose leads no screwed up center pin. I literally can't find anything wrong as of why it stopped working. Im vaping the coil in regular wattage now cause I didn't have anymore time to waste trying to make it work but im at work now trying to put it back in temp and it's still doing the same BS

Yea it stayed in Tc mode that's the problem. I would have known if the temp turned off cause it would have just chucked at the wattage I had set. I've had this problem before and I've seen it happen to other people where absolutey no vapor is being produced even with a juiced wick and the temp and wattage set high. Normally when that happens a change in the resistance will fix it but this time literally nothing changed so im just baffled.

This has to be like the 4th or 5th time I've written something like this but this BY FAR takes the cake. I got my order of UD SS wire last night and right away I did a build a fused 26ss/36 n80 clapton I designed the tcr for it uploaded it to the profile and ran it. At first it was like a dream come true. I mean this coil preformed PERFECTLY it was the best 10 minutes of Tc I've exierieneced in my life. I was more then happy. I take a shower I come out I go to hit it and it's producing no vapor and I haven't changed a thing. And now no matter what I do it will NOT go back to that same performance. Im at a compete loss here im very angry about this and I would love to hear directly from evolv about some of this because this chip is really starting to disappoint me and im ready to just use both my dna200s as permanent Wattage only devices.

Yeah Jim dogs that sucks man I would look into contacting them if it doesn't improve soon. But yeah otherwise I've been using different wire with different RDAs with different tanks with different CSV files that I've made and uploaded into escribe. Everything I use is authentic Aeolus v2 Kennedy v2 twisted messes vector etc. and over all my Exp has just been flaky and inconsistant. I don't even know what questions to ask anymore. I've been primarily using nickel/ nichrome coils cause I don't wanna just vape round wire I like doing claptons so I build TCRs to fix that. I tried g plat and no matter how I designed the Csv it didn't seem to work that well either burning or not reaching desired temp. I wanna try this new wire I've been hearing about nef30 or something like that heard good things. But over all my biggest issue is the inconsistency esp in the resistance. And ilike I said my RDAs are good and authentic and I've been building for a long time so I know it's not my work.

It's been 3 months and hours and hours of serious time and effort. Im over it im so f***ing over temp control. The dna is so god damn temperamental and inconsistent all I do is spend my free time rebuilding and rewicking it's so rediculous. Something works well for a day then it changes it starts to burn or I do a build and then when I do that build again it doesn't work the same it did for the past week. And don't get me started on the ohms. The ohms change the slightest bit and it throws off ecerything. Im about ready to snap. I don't even know what questions to ask anymore to help me it's all so frustrating.

So my buddy just got the Vs200 and I see it displays the % of battery life. Can I make it do that on my dna devices?( hcigar and wismec) I can't find it on escribe and im trying to look it up for myself online but I can't find anything.

Does anybody have any experience using G plat? I've been playing with Gplat with the temp control and it just doesn't seem to work as well as nickel I keep tweaking my curves but I still can't seem to get it 100. Im just trying to not use nickel It doesn't last long and im not trying to rebuild every two days and not be able to dry fire my coils.

I lock the resistance on my hcigar 200 and I put it down and next time I hit it it becomes unlocked and the resistance changed. Also last time I had a nickel build on it it would ask me new coil when the atty never came unscrewed. It did it quite frequently too

You gotta start looking Into custom TCRs. You can get a more satisfying vape without cranking the temp. Trust me I'm not expert this is my first evolv chip ever and im still learning but I'm running dual claptons nickel/nichrome with a custom tcr I made on steam engine and it works decently well can't really take it past 440 without it kind of burning but I mean even 400 is satisfying with this build and this is coming from someone who's use to running .08s on a mech box.

Nah it didn't fire when locked the resistance changed from .04 where it's suppose to be to .07 while I had the ohms locked and like I was at work barely using the device idk what could have possibly caused the change in the first place. I don't really build single coils ya know I don't find them satisfying and it's not my building I've been building forever so I couldn't imagine why they wouldn't preform it was a 28 nickel 36 n80 fused clapton. I mean it starts out great but it doesn't even make it 24 hours before I have problems im at my wits end. Thanks for responding by the way I appreciate any input.

I've written a more specific post before but now I just have to say I literally can't make it threw an 8 hour work day without this thing screwing up. And I'm literally doing NOTHING to change it. The damn resistance just changed while I had it locked! And I put it back in my pocket and it auto fired I smelt burning right away and when I took of the top cap the wick was wet! I just can't deal with this damn thing.

Okay so idk what this might fall under so it's going under general. So 5 this morning before I left for work I almost threw my hcigar dna200 across my room. I'm at my wits end. Ecerything I tru ends up failing. I finally had a friend who's actually on here send me a custom curve I loaded it for some 28 nickel core nichrome outer claptons duals at .04. First night it worked AMAZINGLY at 400 deg and low watts it preformed perfectly just like I wanted. Not even 24 hours later the performance is gone and I've done nothing to change it. I'm so lost I try adjusting ecerything locking the ohms tightening the leads but nothing works. I took a hit this morning and it was the most unsatisfying hit. I'm starting to get very fed up with this thing but I keep going crazy trying cause I've seen what it can do when it works well.
