it just finish and it said "windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations" im in the start task monitor in the process tab escribe shows up then just disappears

did all of those to, i turn off my anti virus stuff and restarted my computer still the same. there has to be something blocking it

i already try that sadly didnt work. idk what else to do, i thought something could be blocking it but i approve it on everything. if it helps i tryied to open DEScribeExec and it opens but closes as soon as it opens

i recently got an hcigar vt133, i downloaded the escribe installer, it install successfully. when i try to click on the exe file it wont load doesnt give no errors or nothing. does any one got any tips on how to fix this issue? im running an dell laptop i5 windows 7
