Which version of OS X you are using? I also had problem with VB in El Capitan, as some guys suggested earlier, switched to Parallels and now working as advertised.

Any news from Evolv, regarding native OS X version?

Flawlessly working in Parallels on El Capitan. So far only viable option, Bootcamp excluded.
