Great customer service but I will need to send DNA 200 back as they believe its a problem with the board

I have had pretty much the same experience even when using various tanks such as freemax , crown and kangwer subtanks , basically intermittent firing causing no vape production. I have just e mailed vapor shark support so watch this space....
