if i connect it up to escribe it turns on After that if i disconnect it turns off and if i push the fire button showing welcome theme and turns off again

hello I have a problem device boxer dna 133 does not work what is the solution? it is work on the welcome screen and then turns off how can i fix the problem ?? thank you
