  1. Is this what you used to contact Evolv? https://helpdesk.evolvapor.com/index.php?a=add and hopefully you attached the photo of the Cell packs via Escribe. For them not responding, they may be out of the office til Monday, since it was Thanksgiving Holiday here in the States. Don't reply multiple times to the Ticket...Evolv's ticket response system is sort of archaic and puts you at the back of the reply queue. Good luck, I know its disappointing, and I went through the pains of the repair process and have my VT133 back with me and working as intended.
  2. I had this issue with my VT133, ended up just opening a Ticket and sending it in for repair. Board failed. Not much you can do. When you open the ticket, attach the cell pack photo you have...since they will ask for it.
  3. I haven't had a response in almost 3 days now...same device, same vendor...discouraging, but I'm optimistic it will be resolved. Good luck to you, and me! ;-) Edit for clarity: I haven't had a response from Nick in 3 days after my initial ticket 6 days ago, when he asked for the Cell pack voltages which I responded to 9 minutes after he asked ;-) Still optimistic though
