My interaction was for a board problem. They made it quick and painless. I have read of many, who for what ever reason decide to send their mod to Evolv for repair instead of the maker/manufacturer, this might take longer for a reply/response. Hang in there.

Agree! I contacted Evolv customer service and received an instant response along with an RMA #. They are the best I have ever dealt with. Thanks Evolv!
