Will the DNA 60 be able to run without a USB. Like if we don't care about using escribe or charging.

I have built mods using the max amps 1850mah 100c lipo and at 150watts I can Vape Vape the entire day and most of the night. I also work in a shop so my mod pretty much never leaves my hand. -
As far as soldering the balance leads directly to the board is there an order I should follow?
