The first screen lasts for a couple of weeks, this new one started immediately.... There doesn't seem to be any distress on the ribbon whatsoever. I've stopped using it until I can examine and fix it, whatever it is. Frustrating.

I have a custom dna200 box I built myself using a BRD (blue Ridge dog designed and 3d printed at sculpteo) enclosure with a 1300mah gens Ace battery. The screen ribbon cable has not been creased, and as far as I can verify the ribbon is not being squished by fire tact onboard or the plastic fire button of the case either. But when I press the fire button the screen either flickers or randomly doesn't light up. This is the second screen I've tried on the same board... So I need a little assistance.

Thank you Turbocad6! You are correct, I just checked and the last black is common ground, then cells 1, 2 and 3 being the red. I'm disappointed I didnt figure that out myself. I guess never start a project with a headache. THANK YOU for explaining it to me.

Question about balance charger port wiring. Thanks to a user at ECF (Steamer861) I got a BRD 3D printed box and gens ace 1300mah 3S battery. On the balance port it's 1 red (+positive) with 3 black (-negative/ground). I used my multi-meter to test and it's actually correct colors with 1 red positive and 3 black ground. The other battery in the picture has its balance port wired just the opposite, 1 black -negative ground and 3 red +positive. Used the multi-Metered on it and it's correct. So these 2 batteries have opposite wired balance ports. If I'm understanding the dna200 board, it wants 1 ground and 3 positives.... The gensace (which was supposed to go in this box) is wired exactly opposite. What do I do?

Awesome looking boxes... anybody have a good source for a pre-milled metal enclosure with the buttons?

At the risk of sounding dumb, are these 3D printable files or what?
