    I have a few older dna devices with issues that I never bothered getting fixed as needed to go to the states at the time. Is there a uk solution. I have a couple of lost vape therion dna sqonks that work but get very hot and error messages. Also 2 dna hcigar nanos that get very hot when I use them even as a mtl device with say a nautilus. Can these be fixed? I know that ages ago I opened a ticket on evolve but sending to the states made it un cost effective. Be good if they could be fixed as they are in excellent condition.

    Yes tried that. Customer service from UK service center so far excellent. I have to return them next week for repair.

    I have 4 dna goes as I love the little system and it's been my go to device for some time. In the last 2 days 3 of them have suddenly stopped working. All are approx 3 months old. Won't charge, won't Connect ect to escribe etc. Contacted the vendor who said out of 90 day warranty. What a joke these where expensive pod syatem and I have 20 packs replacement pods I now only have one device working and that will probably stop any day!

    Have to say the device is amazing. Took me a couple of pods to get it right but once you do it's bloody brilliant.

    OK. That makes sense. I have it at max recharges so that's why. Is this better for the batteries?

    Is this correct? It's what my battery monitor says at 100% charge. Do I still have to rotate batteries on my trip please 18650 mods? Thanks guys.

    Unfortunately not. You can load it but it won't transfer as different device. I've fine the same with my 200s

    No. Can't do it. All I wanted was my custom menumber titles and screens. I know you can copy each one separately but that would take forever.
