the battery is not showing the lightning bolt its just blank still... I am assuming it is not charging.

I followed the above twice on the HCigar VT200 and it still is not going up.

i tried the usb recovery feature and it is not rising at all... what number should i set for the "SET USB Current limit" ??

i have no way to remove the battery back off the units they require a VERY Tiny like STAR looking screwdriver which I dont have

Ok I got BRAND NEW mods in the mail today and I am using all the cords they have came with I have tried multiple usb chargers and plugging them into my pc I got 2 VT200 and 1 of them is charging fine the other wont charge at all I got 1 SMY SDNA 200W TC Box Mod it will not charge or power on at all WHAT is going on here there is no way 2 brand new mods sealed in the box will not charge.. Someone please help me out here.

ok i contacted the place it literally just came in the mail a few hours ago going to get a replacement if they ever reply. I have several other dna mods sealed in the box this is the first time I have ever gotten a defective mod now im afraid some of the sealed other brand mods I have might be defective..

You only need battery type set to Lipo 3 cell, the other settings are just to give the battery gauge better info to estimate the reaming %. Where do I find this setting ??? currently it wont charge at all ..

so what are the proper Escribe settings for this and where do i enter them i need help urgently i cant use my mod it wont charge at all?

not to dig up an old thread but is there a thread that you can check to see when new versions of the program are released to make sure I have the latest version... If they sent out email notifications when new versions were released that would be golden

i am in escribe and connected sorry so many questions I just dont see where the update firmware is it never poped up asking me to update it

i get that i changed it to 3 but when i click 3 times it still says device is locked.. i cant get it to say device is unlocked. also not seeing where to download the latest firmware

i opened the program and it is not prompting me to update it anywhere. which part of the program do i go to to update?

i am having trouble unlocking it i keep hitting the button 5 times and it keeps saying locked. how do i unlock it lol

what exact link is for the firmware and what are the exact steps updating it I dont want to brick it. I have only updated Smoktech Mods before and you have to take the batteries out of those before upgrade, so this is my first time with this brand. Thanks for the quick response
