1. Love a link as I am working on a rocker switch as well and could use a look at the back side.
model like has an interactive 3D view
 2. *cough* Sculpteo *cough*
checking their site. How's their service and quality?
I ordered a case from them. They have an option for economy service for 30% off. I chose that and it still shipped within a week. They're based in France but it was overnighted to me and I chose cheap shipping too since I wasn't in a rush to get it. I ordered the case first and even with the economy printing and shipping, it was delivered before my other parts that were ordered from the US. As far as quality, I can't say about Shapeways since I've never ordered from them but I read Sculpteo is more accurate and better finished. The only downside is that their website isn't as easy to navigate and searching for others' designs is slow.
thank you, much appreciated. I'll try them right away
 3. When you putting em up??
waiting for 3d prints. I do not want to release them without testing for adjustment (if required)
You need testers I'll go mod for a mod... Yours, will be CNC aluminum.
CNC aluminium is tempting
Anodized to perfection. Hell, it may even have inlaid wood panels on the doors ;P
LOL i'll let you know when it goes online
Lol. Roger.
Beta version is online on shapeways

 13. The clicks makes me feel more manly. I also took apart the original buttons and retrofitted the tact buttons to make them non audible clicks but that's a whole nother' story.
Ya it looks like you kinda took the bottom of the original button and put the top of the KSJ buttons on.
Nope these are soldered directly to the pcb https://instagram.com/p/5xDeB4AWCs/?taken-by=xevape
Looks good

 16. My take on a mod, as you can see it's a BOXER inspired design. It's off to Shapeways, let's see how good it turns out
 17. Thank you guys, much appreciated. How do you feel about using Li-Polys instead of IMRs
 18. Can three IMR's be used or power management is designed only for li-poly batteries?
