I've tried everything. The Triade works. On Finder - no. And in two Finger the same!

Friends! I have Finder 250. Did not get set up Preheat for Kanthal On the Triade, everything works fine. What could be wrong?

Hello! Another question. When charging below 20%, the Triade produces 70-80 watts. After a while, the battery indicator starts blinking! Why not appear "Check Battery" and ''Weak Battery''?
